starting from 8th december 2011, my thursday and friday classes in verbier move to a new location – salle de i’eglise, route des creux, verbier.

the drop-in price will be reduced to CHF 15- per class.

the session was a fun couple of hours on a sunny november morning with with the lovely and very talented melody sky. with the inspiring verbier mountain scenery as a backdrop, melody has managed to perfectly capture the beauty of the ashtanga practice. i think the images speak for themselves.

sarah cullen has two new yoga classes starting in november.

tuesdays 5-6.30pm at george’s school in verbier (starting 15 november) and

saturdays 7.45 – 8.45am at ecole de villette in le chable (starting 19 november)

sarah cullen will be teaching two workshops to introduce yoga students to mysore-style self practice this autumn in le chable, val de bagnes, switzerland.

dates are monday 26th sept 19.00-20.30 or saturday 8th oct 9.00-10.30am, price 25CHF

Sarah Cullen and climbing instructor Victoria Jamieson will be teaching a 4-day yoga & climbing long weekend at the Montagne Alternative centre in the mountain village of Commeire near Martigny, Switzerland.

sarah will be teaching a regular wednesday evening class in le chable, near verbier, beginning on 16 march. class times are 7.30pm to 9pm, location is vilette school, rue de montagnier 9, 1934 vilette/le chable and classes cost CHF15. please bring your own yoga mat or contact sarah in advance if you do not have one.
