as of friday 30th december, my astanga yoga class moves to st george's school in verbier and has a new start time of 5pm!

christmas and new year classes

i will be running all of my scheduled classes over the christmas and new year period with the exception of thursday 29th december (8.30-10am at salle de l’eglise) which will be cancelled for that date only due to the room not being available. please visit my classes page for details of class times and locations

if the scheduled classes don’t work for you, why not treat yourself to a private yoga class at a time convenient to you? one to one and small groups catered for. please contact me directly for more information.

starting from 8th december 2011, my thursday and friday classes in verbier move to a new location – salle de i’eglise, route des creux, verbier.

the drop-in price will be reduced to CHF 15- per class.

the session was a fun couple of hours on a sunny november morning with with the lovely and very talented melody sky. with the inspiring verbier mountain scenery as a backdrop, melody has managed to perfectly capture the beauty of the ashtanga practice. i think the images speak for themselves.

tuesdays 5-6.30pm at george’s school in verbier (starting 15 november) and

saturdays 7.45 – 8.45am at ecole de villette in le chable (starting 19 november)

introduction to mysore style self-practice workshops

Yoga and Climbing Long Weekend in Switzerland
