cancellation policy

if you wish to cancel a retreat, private yoga class or treatment booked with updog downdog, our cancellation charges are as follows:-

retreats

• 8 weeks or more before departure – deposit only
• 6-8 weeks before departure date – 30% of retreat price
• 4-6 weeks before departure – 60% of retreat price
• 2-4 weeks before departure – 90% of retreat price
• less than 2 weeks before departure – 100% of retreat price (i.e. no refund)

private yoga Lessons and treatments

• 24 hours or more – full refund
• less than 24 hours – 100% (i.e. no refund)
